Media Credentials: Requirements and Procedure

The Telenet UCI Cyclo-Cross World Cup and Jingle Cross Cyclo-Cross Festival are now accepting media accreditation requests for Sept. 15-17, 2017 at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Iowa City, Iowa.

The best bike racers in the world will be selected to represent their teams and nations in the Telenet UCI World Cup Series. Schedule will be posted on this website soon.

The application process is simple. In order to receive a credential, media members must send an email with all the following required information.

· Full name
· Media outlet
· E-mail address
· Cell phone number
· Job function (print journalist, print photographer, internet reporter, Non-Rights Holder-radio, Non-Rights Holder-television, Rights Holder broadcaster)
· Brief description of your specific editorial assignment
· List of major cycling events or UCI events covered
· Color headshot

PLEASE NOTE: A Media Credential does not provide or guarantee access to all areas of the course during the World Cup races. All photographers and TV crew working on the course will have to wear bibs during the World Cup races. However, because space is limited, bibs do not guarantee access to all areas on the course during the World Cup races. Access locations for the World Cup races, including the finish line, will be determined during the credential approval process. No more than two (2) bibs will be provided to any organization that is not affiliated with official TV rights holders or radio crew. All bibs will require a $50 US deposit upon their issue. Bibs must be returned to event staff after the World Cup races.
